AniThrift connects buyers and sellers. Payment is processed by Stripe. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work on the platform.
Offers on AniThrift are binding. When you submit an offer, your payment method is saved. If the seller accepts within 7 days, your card is charged automatically for the offer price plus shipping. Pending offers cannot be cancelled by the buyer.
If an offer is declined or expires after 7 days without a response, you are not charged.
If you leave checkout before completing payment, nothing is charged and no order is created. You can return to your cart and try again anytime.
Once Stripe payment succeeds, the sale is binding unless a refund is approved under this policy.
If something goes wrong after purchase - item not received, significantly not as described, or seller unresponsive - open Your orders and submit a refund request. We review requests and may issue a manual Stripe refund when appropriate.
Contact the seller through Messages first when possible. Many issues are resolved faster directly.
Sellers should not cancel paid orders without buyer agreement. If you cannot fulfill an order, message the buyer immediately and contact support@anithrift.com.
You may also dispute a charge with your card issuer. Chargebacks are handled under Stripe and card network rules. Use the report flow on listings, profiles, or orders if you believe a user violated our Terms.
Questions about a specific order? Use Messages on the order page. Platform issues: support@anithrift.com or submit a report from the relevant page.
