After you make a sale

When a buyer pays, you get an in-app notification and email. Everything you need to ship is in Seller hub.

1. Open Seller hub

   Tap your sale notification or go to Seller hub. Paid orders appear at the top under Awaiting shipmentwith the buyer's ship-to address.

2. Create and print your label

   Click Create Shippo label on the order. This buys postage at the rate your buyer already paid at checkout. Then click Print shipping label and attach it to the package.

3. Ship the package

   Pack items securely and drop off with the carrier. Shippo labels mark the order as shipped automatically and share tracking with the buyer.

4. We track delivery

   After you ship, the order moves to In transit in Seller hub. Carrier updates notify the buyer until the package is delivered - no further action needed from you.
